When will you restock the La Tabot bag?

All La Tabot bags are one of a kind or made in limited series, therefore previous drops that are sold out will not be restocked and are not available for pre-order.

Where can I buy/how can I order the La Tabot bag?

You can purchase La Tabot bags during drops which are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis. Alternatively, you can join the waitlist for a Cutom Order.
How can I join the Custom Order waitlist?

When will I get a reply for the Custom Order?

As each La Tabot is developed individually and handcrafted as a one-of-one piece, I work through commissions in the order they are received. As soon as your commission slot becomes available, I’ll be in touch by email with the next steps.
How long does it take to ship the bags?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. All orders are shipped from NYC.

  • US: 2-3 business days
  • Italy: 3-8 business days from the moment your order is processed.
  • EU countries: 3-9 business days; timing varies by location.
  • Australia: 5-10 business days
  • South America: 7-10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7-10 business days

For orders that are “Made-To-Order”, please allow at least 2-5 additional business days from when the order has been processed. The handbag will be hand-made exclusively for you.

Where can I check the status of my order?

You can always check the status of your order by logging into the Elli Vivaldi account used to place the order. If you do not have an account, you can create one following the login instruction page.
How much does the shipping cost?

We offer free worldwide shipping for orders over $300 USD. Duties and taxes are included at checkout, so there are no additional charges upon delivery.

What countries do you ship to?

 We ship worldwide. You can see all shipping options in the check-out section. Please note that if you cannot find your shipment destination, you can send an email directly to elena@ellivivaldi.com or contact us via DM on instagram @ellivivaldi_official so we can arrange one for you.
What sizes are the bags?

Elli Bags come in three sizes, Liki Bags, Viva Bags and Ellina’s and La Tabot's come in one size. You can see the sizes (in centimetres) in the additional information of every handbag.
What are the bags made of?

There are four different types of materials. They are either made of real deadstock leather, 100% natural cotton, 100% wool, or parts of wool, polyamide and polyester. You can find the materials in every item's description.
Are the crocheted bags lined?

Yes, all crochet bags are entirely lined with traditional Turkish silks. All bags have different linings, making them uniquely different from one-another.
What if I am not satisfied with the order?

Not satisfied? No problem — if you're not fully satisfied with your bag, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. For more information, head to the Returns and Exchanges page here.
