Not satisfied? No problem — if you're not fully satisfied with your bag, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

• Exchange for another item of your choice
  – If the new bag is less expensive, the difference will be refunded
  – If it’s more expensive, the price difference will be charged

Return shipping cost

A return fee will be applied, depending on your location. This amount will be confirmed during the return process.

Conditions for return

To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unused and in perfect condition

• Returned in its original packaging (including dust bag, tags, etc.)

A return label will be sent to you via email. Please print and attach it securely to the parcel.

To protect the Elli Vivaldi box, kindly wrapped with a protective outer packaging prior to shipping.
